Sleeves: Long sleeves that integrate with the neckline, relaxed-fit and tapering slightly toward the wrist.

Waistline: A clean, defined waist seam joining the draped bodice with the more fitted lower body.

Skirt: A maxi-length skirt that gracefully follows the body's lines from the waist down in a straight fall.

Fabric: A substantial yet fluid high-quality crepe or jersey weave that supports the design's sculptural stance while softly reflecting the drape at the shoulder.

1. General Principle

Our consumer customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, subject to any statutory exceptions. Any additional conveniences offered due to campaigns or operational considerations are provided at the commercial discretion of the SELLER.

2. How to Submit a Return Request

• Go to My Account > My Orders > Create Return Request, or contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number.

• Write the return number provided to you on the package or communicate it to the courier.

• Send the product within 10 days following the return notification via our contracted carrier.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

• The product should, where possible, be returned in its original packaging together with all accessories.

• The tags must remain attached, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• Returns will not be accepted for products such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons if their protective seal or packaging has been opened.

4. Diminished Value and Deductions

Where the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, any diminished value may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law. Benefits obtained through coupons, minimum-spend promotions, complimentary products, or loyalty points may also be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund of the Purchase Price

Once your return request has been approved, the refund will be issued within the period prescribed by applicable law and, where possible, through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the internal processing procedures of banks and card issuers.

6. Exchanges

Subject to stock availability and operational feasibility, exchanges for a different size or colour may be supported. The availability of an exchange option does not create a mandatory obligation for the SELLER in respect of every order.

7. International Orders

Returns of international orders may incur additional costs due to cross-border transportation, customs procedures, and import/export formalities. Subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws, such costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
